Launching on CQC registration
Palliative & End-of-Life Care
Compassionate care at home for people with life-limiting illness, alongside nurses and hospices.
Many people wish to spend their final months, weeks or days at home. Our palliative care supports that choice, focusing on comfort, dignity and making the most of the time that matters, for the person and for those around them.
We work alongside district nurses, GPs, specialist palliative teams and hospices, following their guidance and keeping them informed. Our carers provide personal care, comfort and companionship, while respecting each person's wishes and any advance care plan.
We also support families, giving them space to simply be together, and staying flexible as needs change.

We provide personal care and support. Clinical care, such as managing syringe drivers, is provided by district or specialist nurses, and we work closely alongside them.
