CQC registration in progress

Launching on CQC registration

Domiciliary Care

Personal care at home, at the times that suit you, from a short morning call to several visits a day.

Domiciliary care means support in your own home, so you can carry on living the way you want to, surrounded by the things and people that matter to you. Visits are built around your routine, not the other way round.

We start with a free assessment at home, where we get to know you, your health, your preferences and what a good day looks like for you. Together we write a care plan that sets out exactly what support you want, when, and how you like things done. That plan is reviewed regularly and whenever your needs change.

We aim to keep the same small group of carers visiting you, so you see familiar faces who know your routine. Families can stay involved as much as you would like, and our office team is always a phone call away.

Frequently asked questions

We are currently completing our registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We will begin delivering personal care at home as soon as registration is granted. You are welcome to get in touch now and we will keep you updated.

No. We support adults of any age who need help at home, including people with physical or learning disabilities and people recovering from illness or an operation.

Visits are planned around what you need. Most people have calls of between 30 minutes and one hour, and some have several visits a day. We do not believe 15-minute calls allow time for proper personal care.

Possibly. Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council can assess your needs and may fund some or all of your care, or give you a direct payment to arrange it yourself. Our blog explains how it works, and we are happy to talk you through it.
