We work with residential care homes, nursing homes (care assistant roles), supported living services and day services. Whether you need a single night shift covered tonight or a regular block of staff for the next three months, we agree the details with you up front and keep you informed until the shift is filled.
Every worker we place has an enhanced DBS check, verified right to work in the UK, references we have followed up ourselves and up-to-date mandatory training. We hold the evidence on file and share compliance profiles with you before a worker arrives, so your own audit trail under CQC Regulations 18 and 19 stays complete.

Every worker has an enhanced DBS check, verified right to work, two references followed up by us, and mandatory training including moving and handling, safeguarding, infection prevention and basic life support. We send you a compliance profile before their first shift with you.
Not at present. We supply care assistants, senior care assistants and support workers. If your request includes nursing cover we will tell you straight away so you can arrange it elsewhere.
We agree charge rates in writing before any booking, with clear rates for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Timesheets are signed off by your shift lead and we invoice on an agreed cycle.
